Pelican Xbox 360 Pro Cooler might not be compatible with your Xbox 360

As I was in Gamestop yesterday, I saw where someone was returning one of the Pelican Xbox 360 Pro Coolers he had purchased. He told the store manager, it would not connect right. Travis, the store manager was a little confused, and started to ask a question to them about it. The customer then lifted up his carrying bag and had the 360 there. Travis and another employee looked at the part, attempted to fit the part on and saw that the device was not configured for his system, as some of the ports on it were offset. Travis allowed them to exchange it for the Nyko Intercooler.

Folks, if you have an accessory for a device, and it doesn’t fit, take the accessory back, and put the device itself in a carrying case and let the employees look at it. If they see that the device will not and cannot fit your device, they may allow you to exchange it. Of course, make sure the place you bought it from will take opened packages back, as well as ask the employee “What if I open this, and it doesn’t fit my system?”
