Having given up on Comcast ever concluding the Year-Long Saga, I ordered Qwest DSL to be installed this Friday. Their prices are higher and their speeds lower, but they’ll function as a stopgap until either Comcast fixes their issues, Verizon offers FIOS in Colorado, or I move.
One of my spare systems will function as a load-balancing gateway bridging the three networks together.
