Display Driver Stopped Responding and has Recovered - AtiKmDag

Remember when I said I was having a hardware issue where occasionally both screens connected to one of my video cards spontaneously stopped responding, thus freezing the system?
Vista is able to recover from this occuring; my guess is they do the obvious thing and cycle the card. Why didn’t they have this kind of error handling in the past?
