“Visit Los Santos $299″ is what the sign says in one of the streets in GTA IV, aka Liberty City.

First perfect ten in many years.
IGN has broken its streak of -10 scores.
It gives GTA IV a perfect score.
We are now looking at the highest scoring GOTY (game of the year). in many years.
to think, it all happened in my favorite city. Liberty City, of course!
