Online Movement For Fuel Prices

“
We have oil companies Soaking us up.
We pay out every hole in our body to pay $3.5 a gallon because what ever excuse the oil companies can come up with. Meanwhile the oil executives claim major profits. They tell us they are hurting and that any changes in the human favor would cause them a loss.. yeah a loss of what ever they where greedily gaining. Ask the cashiers in the gas stations when the last time was they received a raise. This will make you cry, especially if he tells you how very little he really makes. Even better, go apply for a job in a gas station and see how much they offer you
Why are we accepting these excuses? why is this something we are just shrugging our shoulders about and saying”what can I do?”
The only choice is to buy out shares and make a profit also. but with the gas prices as they are we could only break closely to even. Anything over $1.85 a gallon is stupid .
Sad thing is, the same people who are selling you gasoline at 3.5 a gallon are the same people who sell you tiny bottles of water at $2 a little bottle. It’s your stupid health trends that are killing you. Don’t believe me? next time you buy a bottle of water in a gas station. Your stupid ass will remember this. THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU ARE WILLING TO SPEND ON JUST WATER!
30 dollars gets you 8 gallons of gas… enjoy.!
This is as bad as doctors running their buttPirate activities on you ….. BECAUSE, you have to have them.
We can all go to gas stations and apply for the job in a gas station, and then all go on two hour breaks every three hours and disable the gas pumps . For one we will go on strike for the prices of the fuel, and we will fight for the littler people who work for them companies and make almost 6 dollars an hour to sell gas at 3.5 a gallon.. and when we get fired, walk to the next gas station and do it again, just don’t use the last one as a reference.! Bring cell phones and record the whole thing. Just remember you are not there to hold a job, you are there to make a point. would be nice if retirees would do this for everyone and make a huge mark! But i wouldn’t mind being a part of this also.
If the cops show up say it was a computer error. To make the matter worse, hit the emergency stop button and cause the fuel to drop into the emergency hatch in the lower tank. This takes a little while longer to recover and causes the fuel industry to pay another person to come out and fix the matter.

Winglets on the tips of airplane wings decrease fuel use by 5%. It should be mandatory that all commercial aircraft have them. Many don’t. A decrease in demand for fuel might lower prices as countries compete for sales.

It would work if everybody just boycotted the biggest gas supplier, Exxon-Mobil. Just do not buy Mobil or Exxon gas for two months and the price will drop. Period.

Then all we will have is the crummy gas that is available and that would soon run out.
Leaving the big names chevron/exxon/shell to profit off of the aftermath.
close all gas pumps for two hours… no one dies no one hurts, no one profits.

Do you REALLY want to help? Support higher taxes on fuel - MUCH higher taxes. The price of gas is going to increase no matter what due to peak oil. Let’s capture a substantial portion of the increase and keep it for our benefit.
When gas costs $5 a gallon, and more, we might see some serious changes in wasteful driving as well as improved fuel efficiencies. The tax revenue can be focused into the repairing the crumbling driving infrastructure and alternative fuels research.

Yeah make it go higher so we can learn how to save.
Do you hear yourself?

Re: Editor’s Comment: Yeah make it go higher so we can learn how to save.
Do you hear yourself?
Yes, I hear myself. In case anyone has not been paying attention, we need to very quickly start thinking beyond our conveniences. This planet is under attack by US. We are consuming our way to a living hell.
If you are under age 50 you may live to see troubles beyond imagining.
The present economic trouble is just the beginning. Our debts are bigger than our mortgages and credit cards. We are using the resources of our planet, our only home, far faster than can be recovered.
Do you know the price of world food staple grains are escalating so fast that in parts of the world there is now rationing, even riots for food basics? We are converting food and forest to fuel just so we can continue a few more years of “happy motoring.” The grain to fill an SUV one time with biofuel is enough food to feed a person one entire year.
Worrying about what we are paying at the gas pump will be such a trivial problem in a few years or decades that your present concerns will be quaint.

Worrying about present fuel prices
is a must, RIGHT NOW. Not everyone
was blessed to be born into wealth.
Some of us will not make it long
enough to worry about what you are saying.
Current prices to fill a tank is a day’s pay for some of us.
and for others, it’s a day and a half.
If our country was not saying it was ok to work non tax paying non registered non-us citizens
we would not be in debt. Just because some loud mouth pencil pusher thinks no American would
like to do that type of work, does not mean no one wants to do that work in the us.
Our biggest issue is we need to stop letting the politically correct sensitive loud mouths speak
and start letting the actual majority speak..
America needs to worry about America right now.
We are to damn broke to worry about anyone else.
We have to many illegal companies out there doing labor work not paying taxes, only hiring illegal “visitors”
who have not registered to pay taxes. .This allows them to under bid people who do pay taxes and do that line of work.
This in turn does kill the company that does pay taxes. How? well if you can’t win a bid then you don’t get a job. If you
cut your price to have an end total the same as the guy who does not pay taxes, then your end profit is 18% less.
That kills the legit builders,gardeners,painters,planters,pavers.
If an un-registered person on a workers permit does not have to pay taxes, then by god, I do not want to pay taxes either.
This is a whole other issue really. An issue that does not get felt or seen by
fat asses pushing pencils who actually have enough money to take time off to hug a tree or two.

“It would work if everybody just boycotted the biggest gas supplier, Exxon-Mobil. ”
No, it wouldn’t.
A boycott of a couple of brands of gasoline won’t result in lower overall prices. Prices at all the non-boycotted outlets would rise due to the temporarily limited supply and increased demand, making the original prices look cheap by comparison. The shunned outlets could then make a killing by offering gasoline at its “normal” (i.e., pre-boycott) price or by selling off their output to the non-boycotted companies, who will need the extra supply to meet demand. The only person who really gets hurt in this proposed scheme is the service station operator, who has almost no control over the price of gasoline.
The only practical way of reducing gasoline prices is through the straightforward means of buying less gasoline, not through a simple and painless scheme of just shifting where we buy it. The inconvenience of driving less is a hardship too many people apparently aren’t willing to endure, however.

As I said before.
It would help If gas station attendants would just shut off gas
at all or as many as possible gas stations. No specific gas station.
Just shut down the sell of gas for an hour..
Now you can’t get the average attendant to shut it down.
Because he has no other job. But the truckers who want to go on strike
could in theory get a job in a gas station while they are on strike.
When the hour suggested comes along, they all turn off the gas pumps, and just sell in store items.
An hour later turn the gas pumps back on.
It’s just an hour …. every day.
When they get fired , they just go to another gas station that needs a cashier (because they just fired one)
And do not report last place of employment as being a gas station.
One hour of no gas sells would put a fat dent on the oil industry and make them look up for a moment.
