Have you ever gotten to the point where you just go into your mail box(es), select all unread messages, and then mark them read? How about when visiting your favorite forums, you know the ones your active on, and see hundreds of posts and feel like you will never have time to read all of them? Blogs, a recent addition to my lists, can get overwhelming as well. I have found that the problem with blogs is that the good ones have so much interesting topics to read that you don’t want to just skip over them. So what do you do? Do you have a routine when you get overwhelmed? Do you side line other life activities to catch up on your blogging and everything else that is your online identity? To get some time to catch up on all the things I want to read, setup, or do on the internet I actually took a full day off of work. Now I have other things that I want to on that day that require physical presence during normal business hours, but I plan on treating the day as if I were going to work and get to the web and the real life things straight away. I want to fully take advantage of my time to “catch up.”What routines or procedures do you have when it comes to getting caught up or staying with the flow? Do you have items in your online world that you just have had to give up? I would love to hear from you, and as always comments are welcome.Until the next time,
Thirtee

when I need to do all that stuff, but I have to much work, I put everything that I find interesting (ie. articles on lockergnome) I bookmark them in a special folder. even if it takes months, I always end up getting around to all of them in my spare time. the thing is, there are always articles in there. Over the past couple of years I’ve been using this method, and I’ve digested unbelievable amounts of info. the thing is, I usually don’t remember it, which I figure is OK , I just like to read the articles.
