Exercising at the Gym

Today while doing my cardio (cardiovascular excersises) I was thinking about how expensive it is to hire a personal trainer.  The facility that I have a membership in (24hour Fitness) has personal trainers that are prised around $500-$600 for 10 sessions. (Now I know that’s only $50-$60 a 1 hour session, and that is not all that unreasonable.) However having to purchase that time in large blocks is a daunting task. I think really all I need is some knowledge and a partner who can help me through the tough spots.

So that got me thinking, is there a nich market out there that I could help fill. Friends helping Friends with their fitness goals. A support group rather than “professional trainers”.
