A New Social Network
There seems to be a social networking site for everyone, but some are more specialized than others. slashdot has news of one for the fans of William Shatner -

It looks like the ticket for the Trekkers, fans of Battlestar Galactica, Babylon 5, Stargate, and any of the science fiction franchises. It might be worth it just to meet up with Captain Kirk online. Of course, he could also morph into Denny Crane. That wouldn’t be so bad either.
Captain, I believe they called it social networking. Quite illogical.
