ReiserFS Inventor Found Guilty

One of the best things to come to Linux was the Reiser File System, or ReiserFS as it is known by many. It is a very forgiving system in the face of disc errors, much like NTFS for Windows systems.
Many might wonder why there has been no progress on the next promised version of the system. The fact is that the man, Hans Reiser, was found guilty of the murder of his wife, and awaits the sentencing phase of the trial. Perhaps the prison will allow his work on the new features of ReiserFS in his cell, he most likely will have plenty of time to work out any bugs.
