My name is Tedd, I live in South Mississippi and for the past 3 years I have worked as a level 2 technical support representative for at&t mobility (formerly Cingular).  Each day I receive between 20 and 50 calls from at&t customer support representatives and customers.  I do my best to fix their problems, be it an inability to access the internet from their mobile device, or calling issues.  I don’t know all there is to know about cell phones but I will share what I do know with the readers of this blog and Locergnome.Com.  If you have any questions about your cell phone, please don’t hesitate to ask and I will do my best to answer them accurately.

One thing I will not do, under any circumstances is access your account at work.  You will need to call at&t by dialing 611 on your phone or calling 1-800-331-0500 and go through customer service.  I will not adjust your bill, add features, credit ring tone charges, or access your account in any way, shape or form, so please do not ask.
