Red Wine and Chocolate Good for the Heart?

I’ve been looking for healthier eating alternatives ever since my doctor got on my case about my blood pressure and cholesterol level. I came to the decision that eating healthy made a whole lot more sense than eating a bunch of crap, only to compensate for it with prescription medications. I started by eliminating fried foods, red meat, and eggs. Then I cut way back on other fats, as well.
When I started reading articles stating that red wine and chocolate were good for the heart, I sat up and took notice. What a concept. (Even better than my USB blood pressure monitor!) Here was something I loved (chocolate) and another that I knew nothing about (red wine) that could help me lead a longer life.
The buzz is that dark chocolate, fruits, vegetables, wine, almonds, fish, and garlic are the magic ingredients in a life-extending diet. Sounds good to me, as long as we’re cooking that fish out on the grill and everyone’s eating the garlic (if you know what’s I’m saying).
The trick to healthy chocolate, so they say, is to find a concoction that’s tasty, but low in fat. I still haven’t found the trick to finding a red wine I like. Needless to say, yours truly hasn’t jumped on the wine club bandwagon, just yet…

Every day there is another story about what is good for you and what is not. I am so tired of all these studies, how about a cure for for the terminally ill disease we have kids and the elderly suffering from, I strongly think that we shoud all be fit and eat whatever we want, don’t forget to exercise!

I tried CocoaVia a while back. It was rather tasty. I had a tough time finding it, though … had to check out a few different CVS stores before I found the goods.
And a crazy story about red wine and blood pressure. I had two glasses of Merlot one night last week. I checked my blood pressure not long after consuming the second glass. My numbers were TWENTY points lower than normal. There’s something to this …

I don’t know how much control, or concern, you have over the contents of Ads by Google on your pages but every single one is a spoof address and leads only to unrelated advertising.

The trick to red wines is to not fill your red wine glass to the rim. LOL No, but seriously. You should only fill it to at the most about a third of the glass. I prefer domestic and South American merlots. You might try a lambrusco (SP), which is an Italian sweet red wine served cold. The other school of thought is dark beers. This is also a way to serve your purpose (according to what “They” say).

But have you heard about MonaVie? Forget the wine and chocolate. Invest in your health in a healthier way! Drink juice! Acai, the berry from the Amazon, does all the things and more that you are concerned about.
The Acai berry is the Crown Jewel of MonaVie. It has 30 times the
antioxidants that red wine does. Studies have shown that antioxidants may inhibit tumor development in some cancers. Another study indicated that the antioxidant resveratrol aided in the formation of nerve cells, which experts believe may be helpful in the treatment of neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Acai has the highest level of antioxidants of any fruit or vegetable on the planet.
That’s only the beginning. The energy boost from MonaVie is incredible and does not spike like coke, cigarettes and coffee. Get jacked on the juice instead oft drunk to help your heart.
