Would you buy a three-foot Acoustic Research HDMI cable for $72.99? How about a four-foot HDMI Monster Cable for $99.99, $119.99, or $149.99?

I may not always be the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but I sure wasn’t ready to drop between $300 and $450 on HDMI cables alone.
