Laser Hair Removal, Continued

The laser hair removal clinic wasted no time following up on information I submitted on their website yesterday. I was underwhelmed by their inital response to my inquiry about their laser hair removal services. In short, the clinic’s email was impersonal and carried a Yahoo return address. Needless to say, it wasn’t the confidence builder I had hoped for. Undaunted by the cool response, I followed up, asking for more information, specifically on pricing …

I flipped a bunch of emails with the doctor throughout the day. After working out the specifics, he was able to give me a ballpark estimate of the cost of the laser hair removal treatments. While I’d need an office visit to confirm the numbers, the estimate seems reasonable. I’d need a minimum of four visits, with a cost of $200 to $250 a pop. He also recommmended a tube of laser hair removal “cooling gel” to last for four sessions (at an additional $60).

Now I’ve never been one to consider body modification. I don’t have any piercings. I don’t have any tattoos. I’ve never thought about having cosmetic surgery of any type. But the whole idea of never having to shave my neck again makes the idea of laser hair removal quite intreguing.

Sonny Crockett should have had it so easy …

From my understanding, it isn’t as permanent as the old method of hair removal, and a lot of it will come back. I had to do a lot of research to find that out, as it seems no one wanted to tell me the truth on the phone.

It works great! I will never shave my armpits again. Now I am working on other areas. Ice the area, just before, helps with the pain.

Hi im inquiring about laser hair removal. I want to know the difference between Lynton Lumina MF Medical IPL system and Light sheer diode laser. Which one would give better results? and why is the second one way more expensive?

    Thank you

I’d recommend laser hair removal if you want to feel better about yourself.

My back was very hairy with thick black hair, I had six treatments that cost me quite a bit of money, but it was worth it.

I agree with Deb about using ice too.
