New VoIP Survey in the Works

It’s almost time to run another survey on VoIP. The first VoIP survey, back in the spring of 2004, was an eye-opener. Given VoIP’s adoption rate over the last 18 months or so, this year’s installment should continue that tradition. But there’s room for more! We’re open to suggestions for additional questions from the great Gnomie Republic before the survey hits the streets…
A few tweaks are in the works. For example, in the first survey, roughly half of the respondents were using Vonage. But what about the rest of the pack? Last year’s survey fell short by not providing a choice for each and every popular VoIP provider. This information needs to be (and will be) sliced and diced as finely as possible.
We want to hear from you whether you’re using AOL, AT&T, BroadVoice, Lingo, Packet8, Speakeasy, SunRocket, Verizon, VoicePulse, Vonage, VoxFlow or another VoIP provider. Sing their praises, point out their flaws, run that dirty laundry out on the line and don’t forget to sharpen your claws…
Are you happy with your VoIP provider’s service? Have you switched from another company? If so, why?
If you’re a VoIP user please take a look at last year’s VOIP survey results and let us know what else we should ask this year… we should have the new survey ready next week, barring any unforeseen circumstances…
As always, many thanks for your kind words and support!
