Burn After Reading

Burn After Reading is an absolutely fabulous romp into absurdist comedy. Basically, the film is composed of many small misunderstandings that lead to quite an explosive ending. The story follows an ex-CIA agent whose memoir falls into the hands of two bumbling gym employees. They mistake the book on disc for something much more sinister and attempt to blackmail the agent (played by none other than Mr. Malkovich). What follows is nothing short of incredible. This film must be seen to be believed, and it’s absolutely worth the $10 to see it in theatres.

Brad Pitt can be so funny, as long as he’s not taking himself too seriously… in any case, it’s about time someone made good use of his habitually spastic arm movements
