at&t has gotten a bad rap due to the famed iJustine iPhone Bill video. I made my own, in an attempt to show how the billing has changed, while having a bit of fun of course! The bill itself was only three small pages (both sides were used). It came with a pamphlet on how to pay the bill, a refund sheet, and a return envelope. The bill broke down all of my charges, in almost childish terms. It leaves no room for confusion, and I was actually pretty impressed. There are very few times that I will speak up for at&t, but this is one of them. Enjoy the vid!

That’s a pretty good sign that there’s something wrong in the first place.

Now if you have ever been on the receiving end of a AT&T bill, (our only choice really in SA,Tx) you can understand why there is a problem. It still has to be the dumbest layout ever, i don’t understand why they don’t make it just like every other bill out there.
