If you’re the tech guy in the family then you know how annoying it is when a family member calls you to drive all the way to their house to fix the easiest computer problem. But with TeamViewer you can easily connect to a family member’s or friend’s computer from home. This is how it works first you’ll need to download a copy of TeamViewer (Download link) onto both computers then your friend will give you a series of numbers known as their ID and then they’ll give you a password. So Remote support lets you see your friend’s or family’s desktop and you can completely control their computer and you can also make TeamViewer start with Windows or OS X so grandma won’t even need to start the program whenever  something wrong with her computer. The program also lets you download files so let’s say you forgot a file on your office computer all you have to do is connect to it with TeamViewer and download the file. So will you use TeamViewer?
