Hey, everyone!
My name is Spencer Nick, also known as TachyonXero, and I am hosting a new podcast called "Tech Aggravations". Each week I will read some of your worst tech horror stories, complaints, and aggravations to the world. Hopefully together we can find some answers to your problems or at least let these companies know that something went wrong with one of their products — all the while helping others from getting burned by a bad piece of tech or a useless service. However, for this to work, I need your help. I need you to sit down at your computer and send me your biggest complaints, concerns, and problems. My biggest problem when I call tech support is that I know more than the tech support person. They lead me through a predeterminded script, and in most instances this script are things I have allready done. In some instances the tech person just plain tells me things that are not true or accurate. Needless to say, tech support seldom solves my problem, therefore I only use phone tech support asa last resort. I have found that Googling is the best tech support solution.
