Just a quick post saying that the official release date for firefox 3 is June 17th, so if you are planning on being part of the download day world record attempt then download (not update) firefox 3 on that day from mozilla.com. I was surprised to see that updating does not count as an official download but i guess i can see what they are saying anyway hope they do well on this.
