Iphone wallpapers: animated

I never really took interest in having an animated wallpaper for the iphone because a wallpaper is not something you really look at when using your phone as it’s not on the summerboard menu screen. After browsing the Internet i found a way of getting an animated image on your iphone as your summerboard background, in a way this is similar to dreamscene in vista ultimate. I had quite a lot of trouble getting this to work at first and from the forums that i browsed on I’m not the only person having problems, the strange thing was i got it working by unlocking my iphone again and even then the unlocking process didn’t work properly but somehow it got the wallpapers running.

If you are interested in this then you will need a jailbroken iphone, installer and the source “i.danstaface.net” without quotes. Before installing the app you will also need to download a app called “skrewcommon”, after installing that you can then browse to the multimedia section of installer and download the app called “Vwallpaper” and then you can get video files as your summerboard background.
