I noticed a while ago that the beta of Internet explorer 8 was released and since i had trouble with the beta of IE7 i never planned on trying this one out. After a while i remembered that i still had windows xp as a virtual machine on my leopard so i thought i would try downloading it onto there and see what it was like. From the very start i had nothing but trouble with it, it took quite a while to actually start which was surprising and as soon as it did eventually load up the thought of FireFox came to my mind as it looked quite a bit similar to FireFox. After a few minutes i had to go onto the Microsoft website and check something out and right away it crashed….

I was surprised that this crashed within the first five minutes of use but not only that, it crashed on Microsoft.com as well which pretty much amused me. So after using the beta of both Internet explorer 8 and FireFox 3 i 100% definitely recommend the beta of FireFox and definitely not IE.
