Microsoft actually help

Well if you’ve read one of my earlier blogs then you will know that I have quite a few problems with vista, after a while I installed ubuntu on my machine but I didn’t really get on with that very well due to more problems so after a while I went back to vista and within minutes my old problems just came back. I noticed from another blog that Microsoft were offering free vista sp1 support so I took advantage of this and e-mailed them my problem and surprisingly I got replies from 3 different people all with different solutions, sadly none of them worked but then a few days later I got another e-mail from one of the people who e-mailed me a solution and really wanted me to reply to see if his solution had worked for me but at that point I didn’t have time to reply so then again in a few days later he e-mailed again asking if it fixed it. I replied back earlier saying no and he said that he will provide another solution soon, so overall I’m actually surprised at the help and attention (i guess) that Microsoft are giving to me as I’ve always heard bad things about not getting any help or replies so anyway if people need vista help then contact Microsoft, they will help.
