Operating System choices.

When you go out and buy a new computer you always have to stick the operating system you get unless you go through all the work of installing something else, i think it would be a lot more easier and better if the user had the choice of picking what operating system they wanted to come with their computer or laptop. More recent computers being made now are coming with windows vista and for some it is impossible to downgrade to xp which some (or should i say a lot) of people would prefer to use xp than vista. In other countries people are getting the apple operating system come with their “mac’s”, the current version being osx 10.5 leopard or some laptops are currently being released with a pre-installation of linux ubuntu which makes the laptop/computer a lot cheaper as linux is free. In my opinion i believe that when buying a new computer you should get the choice of what OS you would like to have installed, i think this would make the user a lot more happier so they wouldn’t have to go through all the hastle of downgrading the pc themselves or getting someone else to downgrade it themselves which a lot of people are doing with vista.
