Vista error list grows..

I’m currently using windows vista home premium and with the error messages that i have been receiving are making me not want to upgrade to ultimate, well maybe sp1 will change my mind. The errors that vista decide to give me are ones that i am not able to fix and i haven’t been able to find solutions to, if anybody knows the solutions to these then feel free to contact me.

Windows desktop manager has stopped working: The message doesn’t appear as much as it used to but i used to get a error message saying that windows desktop manager has stopped working, at first me and a friend thought updating my graphics card driver would solve this and for about a week i didn’t get the message but they have returned!!

freezing: everytime i decide to sit back and watch a video on my pc either online or a dvd within about 30 minutes vista would decide to freeze my pc with no error messages following a reboot. This also wants to happen when listening to music, it’s happened when listening to music in windows media player 11, real player, itunes and vlc. Watching videos on youtube also wants to make vista freeze.

These are the main problems with my vista and i’m sure i’ll find more, when i do i’ll be sure to list them here on my blog.
