So far this year is starting off right, except for a few mishaps and a death of a beloved pet. I hope this year continues to be positive and prosperous for me. Hope everyone’s new year started  off with a bang and keeps going strong all year long.

So what’s been happening in my world, you ask? Nothing much really getting over the holidays, looking for new clients and work, and enjoying my new ( well to me anyhow) computer.

It’s a used g5 2005 model, but is working great since my PC died.I’ve been wanting to switch fully to OSX, but my older Macs (both G4s) just did not have the speed or ram for me to work on them full time.Since getting the G5 I have enough  ram and Processing power to be able to run all the software I need  to use on a daily bases like Photoshop, Flash, Textmate, coda, etc. I’m currently looking for a billing and office suite to use on the mac, so if anyone has any ideas let me know. 

It’s only a day away till the Mac World Keynote.  What does everyone think that Apple will Bring out this year? 

My Predictions
I think Apple will have  sub notebooks that will eventually start a line of products that will be affordable to about anyone.Kinda like the mac mini, but offer a tower, laptop, etc. Maybe we’ll see another Cube tower like the Previous G4 cubes. Oh wait that’s what the minis were for right? 

I hope they will release a new  iPhone at some point this year and Games for it.

I would like to see the movies rentals in itunes, for me that would be a one stop shop for everything I need.  Movies, Music, Tv Shows, Podcasts, Games( for ipod, iphone, etc) Movie Rentals, Ringtones, etc. Maybe one day there could be a tv tuner that comes with all macs so that itunes would have a feature like the radio stations, but it would be tv stations and dvr options. Now that would be a dream to have.

 Hoping One day they can re release an online apple store to buy things like shirts, stickers, etc. I’ve heard they used to have one online a long time ago, but took it down. Why? Have no clue, but would like to see that again, so I can buy an Apple Hoodie or a shirt….

 So there you have it just me rambling on about life, apple,  computers, and work.
