I’ve been doing as well as one can expect since just getting over a tragic car accident and trying to deal with losing my parents. Today marks two months since the accident and my parents’ passing. It’s been a tough day today, but I’ve managed to keep a positive attitude. Yeah, I’ve been a little depressed today (who would not be?), but I’ve been keeping busy today by drawing, working, talking to, and e-mailing friends and family.

Other than dealing with today, I can finally say I’m getting my life back in order, getting better, and trying to get back to work full time designing. I actually miss designing and I do think it has helped me with all that has happened. It’s been keeping me busy, but also gives me an outlet to be creative and have fun for a change.

In a weird way this experience has cleared this creative block that I’ve had for a while now. I’m able to live, eat, sleep, and even dream about designing again. I know it sounds weird, but that’s me in a nutshell. Designing ( Web, digital drawing, print, id/brands) is my passion — and is something I love to do — I’m just hoping this creative surge of energy will help me land more fun projects or a full time-contract or freelance job of my dreams.

Gotta look to the future and stay positive, plus have fun as well.
