Thanks President Bush! He just gave most federal employees a four day weekend. He declared an executive order and gave December 24th as a holiday, paid at that. I was very surprised and impressed at the same time. There is a such thing as good politics after all. Though some may raise their eyebrows at these actions for the mere fact that he cut the pay raises of some government employees in the Washington D.C. area. But, what the hey, lets drink up to a four day holiday! I can do that. It will give me plenty of time to relax and make those last minute dashes to my favorite stores to pick up the perfect holiday gifts. Applause for Bush!
