I believe I was browsing around on facebook one day when I saw some groups entitled “Yuwie”. I did a little looking into it, since I had never heard of it. Basically, Yuwie, is a new social site, that has most of the functions of myspace and facebook, the only twist is that you can get paid for your activity online. The more pages you view, the more entries you make, the more money you are supposed to be able to make. Basically it runs off of the same money generated system as blogs, receiving money from advertisements and the like. At the end of the month, depending on how many views you have made under your account, determines how much money you will make. Now, I have logged in and created an account, but as of right now there are not that many members, around 256,645. My only question is the legitimacy. Is it really a legit venture and do people really get paid? I have yet to find out, most people I know are nowhere near making any money from it, so that’s still up in the air. A lot of websites, which come up when googled claim that Yuwie is actually a scam.
