Apple Creates Limits on iPhones?

I recently read that to prevent people from reselling their products they have forced various limitations. Darn, I think that we are all just getting to greedy, they don’t want others profiting off of their merchandise. But, they have that right. Do they? My guess is that people will eventually find a way around these little restrictions anyway.
