You all know how much I blog about comcast. Well yesterday after I blogged about my issued the Vice President of comcast left a comment on my blog. So I thought to myself, “Wow comcast does care enough to fix the issue, that they’re leaving comments on my blog.” So now I have major thinking to do. Do I upgrade to AT&T or do I stay with comcast and have them fix the issue? I’m not having major issues, it’s just little things. But it’s not my call to decide to keep comcast or go with at&t. It’s my parents, They’re the ones paying who pay the bills and overall it’s there house so they have the overall ruling. Of course we if do go all out on at&t It will be my job to get the internet working, since my parents don’t know much about that stuff. In my family I’m more of the geek in the family. If a computer breaks or the router isn’t working, it’s usually my job to fix it which I don’t mind doing.

When I first heard about the vice president of comcast leaving a blog I was a little shocked to see that. I didn’t think they’d spend that much time trying to help there customers. Don’t know of any other company that would do that for there customers. It’s amazing how small the world really is. So comcast, Thank you for actually caring about my issue. But like I said I don’t have any say in this decision of switch Internet server provider.
