So I am going to start a new routine this week. School is just around the corner, and I have classes at 9AM. I have become a night owl, I love to be up at night and sleep in till 11AM or even 12:00PM at times. However I can’t be doing that when I am going to be having 9AM classes. So I going to start a new routine and go to bed earlier and get up earlier. I know doing this will really help my body clock.
