Torii Hunter to the Angels

I know sometimes my blogs are a little outdated and I am truly sorry for that. You have to understand I am a college student and I have lots of work to do so I am trying to juggle college work and blogs. But I am trying to keep up th blogs for you all so don’t think I will stop. But I wanted to talk about sports today since I do like sports as well.

I am from Chicago so we do not have very good sports team. This year the Chicago White Sox were just plain awful and part of the problem was we had no Center-fielder, so everybody was scoring on us. Are pitching was okay but it was not as good as it should of been. The offense for the White Sox has always been pretty good and I am happy with the players they got. But we need a new center fielder.

The White Sox used to have Aaron Rowand but we had to let him go and now he is a free agent, and so is Torii Hunter or was. When I heard he was a free agent I got excited and I wanted the Sox to get Hunter. They didn’t get him and now Arron Rowand is a free agent and the Sox need to get him.

Torii Hunter is one of the best center fielders out there. Every time I watched him play on defense he would always make great catches and unbelievable home run stealing catches. Torii Hunter also had some great power in his bat. He had great speed as well which makes it even nicer. The White Sox love to steal bases and get ahead of there opponents.

If the White Sox got Rowand this would really improve are defense overall. Not only that but are numbers would go way up and we would be a much better team. I am hoping they can get Rowand and we can make to the playoffs this year.
