The Dog Food Conspiracy - By Andrew Lewis

I’m not usually into “conspiracy” theories and hype marketing so I was very skeptical when I first heard about Andrew Lewis’s new produce “Dog Food Secrets“. It was launched with much fanfare and states some very controversial claims about the commercial dog food industry.
When I took a closer look at Dog Food Secrets I begun to realize that Andrew’s claims had some substance. He reveals the disturbing truth about the big dog food companies - it is heartbreaking stuff for us dog owners who have put our trust in their products to keep our dogs healthy.
Andrew then goes on to map out the healthiest way to feed our dogs with hundreds of healthy, nutritionally balanced dog food recipes. I’d advise every responsible dog lover to at least check out and investigate some of the disturbing claims made in Dog Food Secrets. You can read my detailed review and watch my video review of Dog Food Secrets here.

I am extremely disappointed with Andrew Lewis’s “Secret Dog Food Conspiracy” book. I have waited for almost 4 months for my order to be filled. They have had my money by Clickbank for all that time for which I have the receipts I have sent them. I have sent 22 emails and requests for action or updates but have had no satisfactory help or even any interest in my predicament. They send me “tickets” registering my enquiries but never do anything other than that. Despite many pleas no one will contact me or give me any information or explanation. They promise an immediate refund for disappointed customers. Good luck to them I say! If I had received the book I could at least return it. So I’m out of pocket and just about out of patience. My purchase was made on 18 May 2008!! Isn’t this long enough to wait wouldn’t you think? I’d be careful whose products you link people to off your website. Thanks in hope that you or someone are either interested or can help me. Regards, Paul Haines

Hi Paul,
we are very sorry this happened.
Email is not 100% and unfortunately from time to time there are customers that we cannot reach.
We have a support desk and a dedicated staff member to service tickets and every issue is dealt with.
Also, if you have a close look at your Clickbank receipt which you mentioned, you’ll see it has very clear instructions on how to process a refund.
The books themselves are not home delivered but instead downloadable, a decision we made to remain as environmentally as possible.
When you purchased you were redirected to the download page and then we followup with another 2 emails with the download instructions but if you did not complete the customer subscribe process after you ordered, you would not have been added to our customer list.
Our system is sound and works very well but only if customers follow the onpage instructions and what customers do is something we cannot control.
We are happy to send your books Paul if you contact our support.
Thanks and our sincere apologies for your problems.

I also was disappointed and DID download the books and looked at them. I did not see anything new that is not in books I already have. I have been requesting a refund since the very day I downloaded them (Feb 1). I get no response. Also used the form on the receipt from Clickbank. It’s like pulling teeth. So much for “no questions asked” if you are not fully satisfied. Maybe no questions but a lot of pretending that they don’t get your emails.

These people (the ones behind the Dog Food Conspiracy website) supposedly discovered that dog food companies are responsible for 130% of dog deaths, and they respond by turning it into a money-making venture? What a joke. They should be shouting it from the roof tops and getting it on every news program willing to run it. Instead, they try to make a few bucks.
These people are either completely mental, scam artists, or disgustingly self-interested. I wouldn’t give them a dime.

I too have to express disapointment …I have no dog food secrets, but I have been charged for the purchase. Really, what is going on? Stop emailing me with other information and notices about a “gift” but no book. Don”t call this good business and these procedures certainly inspire doubt about the information in the book. Can you send information about your business practices, a book, or a refund?

Hi Susan,
Dog Food Secrets is an ebook package which will be delivered to you in a digital format. In other words you will be able to read it on your computer screen, and print it out if you wish.
Therefore a physical postal address is not required.
