OK, there is no doubt that search engine marketing does wonders for online sales. But is it the end all to beat all?
Advertisers in North America spent $5.75bn on search engine marketing in 2005, a 44 per cent increase over 2004, according to a report released today.
The study from the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (Sempo) projected that this spending in North America will reach $11bn in 2010. [Read the rest]
