A search engine with human resources in mind? Not sure what I would consider this to be, but I will admit that its really inventive.

Position-based search engines dealt a big shock to the recruitment world, ushering in a market segmentation approach to the search engine market. According to statistics from US-based IT and Telecom research firm IDC, the value of the global on-line recruitment market stood at US$7.85 billion in 2004, an is expected to reach US$13.4 billion in 2005, continuing to grow at a rate of 44.4% in 2006.
