USIIA New White Paper Released - In a white paper released last week, the US Internet Industry Association (USIIA) announced a set of self-regulatory principles for broadband and Internet Protocol-based services. The principles come in the wake of recent Supreme Court and Federal Communications Commission decisions that have significantly changed the telecommunications regulatory environment.
