Right: Microsoft says it will put out an operating system that will wow its customers.

OK I’ll bite… Why?
I mean, I can see this in the case of a large corporation like Microsoft. Too often large companies treat me like an it, so it’s only fair. But when I’m referring to a smaller friendly company like a local restaurant I usually think of them more as a they than an it.
