This new mail ability being offered by Yahoo looks promising. If you are into the Outlook-like feel and the ability to have your RSS feeds offered up by your email program, then this Yahoo mail option might be something to consider.

Yahoo! UK & Ireland has launched a new version of Yahoo! Mail, with RSS, message previews and ‘drag and drop’ features, similar to that offered by desktop-based email services such Microsoft’s Outlook Express.

The firm said the updates to Yahoo! Mail represent the most significant enhancement to the interface since its launch in 1997. The service remains free and will be funded by adverts.

Available as a beta test, service is browser-based and does not require ant downloads, making it accessible from any computer connected to the Internet. The service is currently available on Internet Explorer and Mozilla browsers. Source: Netimperative
