Email Marketing with RSS Autoresponders

Email marketing has long seen its most glorious days.
Spam filters, junk email blockers, and a slew of other privacy and security protection technologies have made it increasingly more difficult to get newsletters, direct-mail-marketing messages and announcements from online publishers to their target readers.
And while growing an email list was a challenging but very rewarding investment in the recent past, now you need to struggle even to keep the mailing list from shrinking under your eyes.

I definitely agree that RSS is the future of the web. My marketing efforts have been based on email but that is changing. The this is spam button can ruin the delivery of your newsletter, especially if you are sending email from your own domain.
Almost every email client has a “this is spam” button now, the worst being AOL. A few AOL users click the “this is spam” button and you may be banned from delivering email to AOL altogether.
Newsletter subscribers often think that the spam button is a handy way to unsubscribe from your newsletter. One click in Outlook and your newsletter goes to the spam folder from then on.
