RSS In The Browser: Mozilla Does It Two

  • No Related Post

After Opera, Mozilla is the second major browser-maker to offer an integrated RSS newsreader/aggregator both in its Firefox browser and inside its e-mail client Thunderbird.

Mozilla Thunderbird is the flagship e-mail component from the Mozilla Foundation offering.

Thunderbird has added a number of new interesting features to its e-mail facilities to further improve the competitiveness of its tool relative to other popular e-mail applications.

The entry of both another major browser and e-mail client into the RSS universe paves the road for an increased adoption rate of this revolutionary content distribution standard.

Both Mozilla Thunderbird and Mozilla Firefox are Open Source and free.
