wTicker is an aggregator for Windows that allows you to view RSS headlines in “ticker” format. The look and layout of the tickers is customizable. You can place a ticker in the title bar of your windows, or in the task bar. You can even group tickers together.

wTicker can also function as a “normal” aggregator in that it offers a standard two or three pane interface to view feed information. Another cool feature is that you can add email and other sources to the “tickers”. wTicker has a varitey of other features that make it a very powerful aggregator, including visualization of location data, the ability to export articles as help files for offline reading, and text-to-speach capability.
