egoClip is an RSS / Atom aggregator that can prioritize your feeds based on usage. It does this locally (no data is sent over the Internet) and without any manual ranking.

egoClip uses the standard three pane interface for reading and working with feeds. Here is a list of the features in the program:

-Supports RSS 0.9x, RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, CDF, and Atom feeds.
-Search all your news.
-Can periodically fetch new news in the background.
-Can keep old news.
-Can pre-cache the pages that news items link to, for offline reading.
-Can search a website for its feeds.
-Automatically import subscriptions from SharpReader, NewsGator, FeedDemon, and RSS Bandit.
-Import and export OPML subscription lists.
-Statistics page showing how often you read each feed.
-Easy subscribing through the feed:// protocol and through clicking on those orange coffee-cup XML icons (the port 5335 method).
-Uses If-Modified-Since and If-None-Match (ETag) to avoid downloading unchanged feeds.
-Supports gzip compressed feeds.
