I have heard quite a bit of talk about using the RSS: and Feed: standard to make subscribing to feeds a LOT easier. According to RSSExplorer News, this has been taken up a notch. RSSExplorer is now offering the ability to have this option.

RSSExplorer is a toolbar for Internet Explorer that gives you the option of “one click subscribing” to RSS feeds. I have tested this toolbar out and found it to be non-intrusive and very easy to use.

Oddly enough, I had a conversation with someone a little while back about having a toolbar for RSS feeds. My idea was a little different, but the mission to make subscribing to feeds easier was the same. This just goes to show that simplicity will inevitably become the driving force in getting RSS to become as mainstream as email.
