Aggregators Recommended from Technology at Harvard Law

Today I am going to discuss two aggregators listed at the Technology at Harvard Law website. First, a reintroduction to our old friend Radio Userland available for the both Windows and the Mac. This aggregator has been a “trusty standby” ever since the birth of its cousin, My.UserLand.Com back in 1999. Radio Userland updates feeds that you are subscribed to every hour. I also really like the enclosure support for RSS 2.0 so that you can remain current with RSS trends without having to switch aggregators altogether. Radio Userland is free to try for 30 days.

The other aggregator on the Harvard Law website is called VOX Lite. This aggregator also offers RSS 2.0 enclosure support and quite frankly, I like it. As free aggregators go, this one has spunk. Vox Lite also allows you to set how often you wish to update your feeds. This aggregator breaks the mold as far as I am concerned. I really like the fact that VOX Lite has a nice “Feed Demon feel” to it. My only gripe is that I would like to see more available feeds that come with the default installation. VOX Lite is completely free.
