Apple Releases Safari 3.1

Apple has released Safari 3.1 for OSX and Windows. Apple claims that Safari 3.1 loads web pages 1.9 times faster then IE7 and 1.7 times faster then Firefox 2. Safari also runs JavaScript around 6 times faster then other browsers and is the first browser to support the latest web standards. The update is available through software update utility in OSX or on the apple website on the downloads page.
