Oxymorons Worth Sharing

Posted by on Jan 5, 2010 | 3 Comments

I received this in an email this morning and thought I would share this with you. If you have any other oxymorons please share them with us. The one I like is this one: Why do we call it a pair of pants when there is only one? Wouldn’t it be more accurate to call them a pair of pants when we have two pair?

Thanks for stopping by,

Jackie

“Somewhere in Time” – with Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour (1980). Great movie that explores the idea of time travel through hypnosis. Christopher Reeve travels back to the turn of the century to woo what he thinks is a lost love from the past, but something pulls him back to the present. What is it? You’ll have to watch it to find out.
