Reflections evidently isn't doing much reflection. Missing is any awareness that the man she married is a sentient human being who has needs and feelings all his own. Also missing is a lack of awareness of contemporary family law. When she speaks of keeping the child's schedule the same it means the ex husband dutifully pays checks and stays out of the way and doesn't appeal custody. Joint custody means exclusion from parenting. Having the doctrine of custodial parenting is worth billions to the family law system. It isn't in the best interest of the child or certainly the usually male non custodial parent, the one who gets totally screwed in the deal.

Don't take my word for it, read the articles on custody and divorce that come up in a Medline search. Over 90% of the men surveyed consider family law a four letter word. Male children are destroyed in divorce. The only people who have anything good to say are the feminists, who bask in their sexist revenge against men, about half of the women in divorce and, of course, the well rewarded members of the family law mafia and their entourage.

In essence, family law is like a pogrom against the middle class. Marriage is declining and going away as an institution in the US, the birthrate is way down and men are disaffirmed. Since our country acts unconcerned about the future there is a good chance that those who are will overtake and control the West. You go girl!!

Best regards on your situation.

My daughter and her "boyfriend" never bothered to get legally married,
he did go to court and get DNA tests done, but then he left the country,
my daughter was hopelessly helpless and pinned for her lost relationship
rather than care for her daughter. (2nd daughter) she adopted the first
one out at birth because her 'boyfriend's was already married and then
got himself sent to prison for life. My wife and I as grandparents stepped
up and adopted the 2nd one.

My daughter didn't stop and got a new boyfriend, a recycled one from
the past and got preggers again and ended up adopting that baby at
birth.

Then she found one that drinks and beats her, she stayed with him and
had another baby, and has another one on the way. Has totally left the
country and when the little one we have asks where's mommy, my wife
and I cry and try to find a way to explain it.

Whether it is divorce or what I've just described, grand parents raising
babies of their children, the little ones are the ones who pay the price!

Get a Free Audio Book

Are you tired of reading books? Me too. Over the years, I developed pulpuslaceratapohobia - and the only known cure for that is Audible. Finally, a way to digest words without actually having to read them. Professional voices are wonderful choices if you love literary works in audio format. Are you ready to read some audio books? Maybe you should just listen to them instead.

VMware and Parallels for Virtual Machines

It doesn't matter if you're running on Windows or Mac OS X - every power user needs either Parallels or VMware (or both). There's never been an easier way to test software without destroying your primary operating system's stability. Think of how many times you wish you could press a 'reverse' button on your computer. Plus, there's no easier way to try new Linux distributions - see what all the fuss is about. Run Windows in OS X, run Linux in Windows, but the best way to do either is with VMware and/or Parallels.
