Dollar’s Future And The Iranian Oil Burse Proposal

I am certainly not an economics expert, but as you have been reading from the news I select, I am very attracted to giving exposure to news and stories that not only get no coverage whatsoever on mainstream media, but which get little or no coverage at all even by independent bloggers and news sites.

Some of these stories touch very sensitive issues and I understand that some of you may not feel completely at ease with these as much as when you are reading my news reports on topics more explicitly related to communication and new technologies.

But I have chosen not to be just another technology reporter or communication expert. My mission here is not only the one of sharing news and stories on how to communicate more effectively with new media technologies but also the one of motivating and making it easier for individuals to start asking more questions about reality without the aid of mainstream media. That is, through their own capability to critically think, question, analyze and research information on any topic they may be interested in.

It is in this very light that today I bring in, like every week before, an editorial piece written last week by Economics Professor Krassimir Petrov, on what may happen to oil-related dollar-based exchanges in the near future.

I think this is an excellent and thought-provoking article and while I can’t say whether you should trust or not the conclusions to which Prof. Petrov arrives to, I certainly recommend that you analyze and consider the facts and options presented in this article with true curiosity and an open mind.

Here are the details:
