BuildingBlogz.com(TM) Launched for Residential Properties
The Cluetrain Manifesto was clearly aimed at businesses, encouraging them to employ the power of the Internet to increase communication between employees and the company and their clients.
But NetImpax, LLC, the Georgetown-based Interactive communications and design agency, is showing that the same concept can be applied to other venues in society. Communication is increasingly vital, whether at work or at home.
“BuildingBlogz(TM) designs and builds customized blogs for residential properties throughout the United States to:
– Enable property owners and managers to instantly communicate with their tenants and to inform them of building announcements and issues including construction projects, new policies and employees, security concerns, and other residential property news;
– Increase the visibility of their properties and reinforce messaging on available units and building attributes, and feature photographs, logos, and unit layouts;
– Manage and allow tenants to communicate with each other on topics of interest to a specific building and its demographic makeup such as area nightlife and restaurants, current events, volunteering, jobs, classifieds, technology, or any customized discussion categories building management wishes to incorporate.”
Makes more sense than printing up newsletters that get ignored and can’t be interactive.
