RFID Tags And Freedom Of Movement

Ever since the Columbine shootings, kids in many schools have had to wear ID badges while on campus. What good it actually does is debatable, but now there is a new twist on this issue. This article at Wired goes into detail of what I see (unfortunately) in store for all of us.

With security concerns dictating policy at almost every turn, how long will it be before we all have to have some sort of ID tag/badge tracking our every move? If we get our children used to this at a young age, will they question it as adults? These are questions we need to ask ourselves.
